Reception and dispensary
We have separate large and small animal reception facilities, to ensure clients receive an efficient service. Our friendly staff will be able to answer your queries and book appointments for your pets, horses and farm visits. We also have four incoming phone lines so we can answer your queries and requests without delay.

We keep a well-stocked dispensary and order and receive a delivery of goods and medicines every weekday and can order over the weekend too! If we do not have in stock an item you require, it will normally arrive the next working day. In emergencies we can usually arrange same day delivery. We supply not only medicinal products but Pet Care items such as bowls, leads, beds, etc. and special dietary foodstuffs. Please ask at reception to see our brochures. We hold in stock a variety of anti-parasitic/worm products for pets, horses and farm animals, for your convenience.
