Surgery

We are able to carry out surgical procedures, including routine neutering, orthopaedic surgery, investigative surgery and minor surgery on most species. Please contact reception for more details. Please also see our facilities information on theatres and radiography.

Repeat prescriptions

Most medicines are Prescription Only Medicines (POM) and therefore can only be prescribed/authorised by your veterinary surgeon. If your pet requires an ongoing supply of a POM it will be necessary for our veterinary surgeon to reassess your pet at six monthly intervals, or more frequently, depending on your pet’s condition and the medication used. We are happy to supply repeat prescriptions and would ask where possible that clients give 24 hours notice, so that the veterinary surgeon may be consulted and medicines dispensed ready for collection. We also have collection facilities at all of our sites for our Equine/Farm clients and where appropriate a postal delivery service can be organised.
